They will charge you extra while holding your goods hostage, they didn't render unpacking service they were contracted for. They've renamed themselves, split their Maps listings into three different locations, to hide bad ratings (breaking Google terms and conditions for G-Maps). A quick google search will show an article about how they cried about alleged bots giving them bad reviews, judging from my experience, the bad reviews were likely all true. I have two broken TVs, and a house filled with boxes as proof they don't care about anything but money and that honoring contracts mean nothing to them. They will try and trick you into signing documents, if you do business with them be sure to have a lawyer present! What little they did unpack they damaged, and left quickly, leaving me to store about 150 boxes myself, before it rained. I will be monitoring this review to make sure it doesn't get taken down.

edit 1: They've publicly posted my wife's name and personal contract details.

Extremely disappointing service. It was sold as a door‑to‑door move with unloading and unpacking, but the service was incomplete, messy and rushed. Dozens of boxes were left unloaded and the paid unpacking service was not carried out, forcing us to do it ourselves with great physical and emotional effort. Communication after delivery was practically nonexistent, even after sending formal messages about the damages and issues detected. Many items were damaged due to negligent packing and handling.

I do not recommend this service, worst movers ever.
