They will charge you extra while holding your goods hostage, they didn't render unpacking service they were contracted for. They've renamed themselves, split their Maps listings into three different locations, to hide bad ratings (breaking Google terms and conditions for G-Maps). A quick google search will show an article about how they cried about alleged bots giving them bad reviews, judging from my experience, the bad reviews were likely all true. I have two broken TVs, and a house filled with boxes as proof they don't care about anything but money and that honoring contracts mean nothing to them. They will try and trick you into signing documents, if you do business with them be sure to have a lawyer present! What little they did unpack they damaged, and left quickly, leaving me to store about 150 boxes myself, before it rained. Dificulta mucho la entrada del camión a la zona de descarga. Incluso hay que subirse a la acera del frente, con la consecuencia que puedes romper el faldón delantero.. patinan las ruedas justo con el bordillo y es bastante lío para maniobrar,en definitiva no hay espacio para trailer.

Excelente servicio de mudanza, puntualidad, seriedad, personal extraordinariamente educado y cualificado, hicieron la mudanza de forma rápida y resolvieron todas aquellas incidencias que surgieron en el traslado. También destacar, el exquisito trato por parte de Ailed del departamento de atención al cliente, detallando y explicando a la perfección las condiciones del servicio, en todo momento, disponible para responder cualquier tipo de duda. Servicio extremadamente malo, un desastre. Se contrató como una mudanza puerta a puerta con descarga, desembalaje y montaje, pero fue incompleto y muy chapucero. El equipo dejó decenas de cajas sin abrir y no realizó el desembalaje contratado ni en el tiempo pactado. La comunicación después de la entrega fue inexistente, incluso tras enviar mensajes formales por los daños y problemas detectados no se ha recibido respuesta por parte de Pablo ni nadie de este "empresa". Demasiados objetos y muebles sufrieron daños por embalaje negligente y mala manipulación durante el transporte, rompiendo incluso una TV de 70 pulgadas y muchas otras cosas más. No recomiendo este servicio, la peor mudanza de la historia. Una pérdida inmensa de dinero y tiempo. Extremely disappointing service. It was sold as a door‑to‑door move with unloading and unpacking, but the service was incomplete, messy and rushed. Dozens of boxes were left unloaded and the paid unpacking service was not carried out, forcing us to do it ourselves with great physical and emotional effort. Communication after delivery was practically nonexistent, even after sending formal messages about the damages and issues detected. Many items were damaged due to negligent packing and handling.
