Sea or air packaging
At ServiMoving we are specialists in packaging, and we know that international shipments need special packaging characteristics since the containers where the merchandise is transferred have the following characteristics:
- Humidity and salinity in the environment: This differentiating point typical of the sea means that we have to pay special attention to the packaging for maritime transport since the goods will be exposed to oxidation and corrosion, much more than in any means of transport.
- Extreme temperatures: In maritime containers, which are the most used elements for sea transport, temperatures can reach maximum values, whether if they are hot or cold values.
- Sudden movements of the loading: In maritime transport, containers are transported and located by cranes, which can sometimes cause sudden movements of the merchandise.
